Friendly staff whose knowledge of these succulent shellfish is second to none will introduce you to different types of rock oyster, and teach you to shuck them safely. Of course, youll get to eat them every which way while youre learning, and therell be a glass of champagne to wash them down. While youre busy with your oysters, chefs will also be busy, rustling you up a delicious three-course lunch and each course will be served with a matched wine selected by the Head Sommelier. Once you finish your lunch, youll be well-equipped to share your love of shellfish with future lunch guests, because youll be presented with a goodie bag containing apron, oyster knife and recipe cards to take home.
