Arts and Crafts Experience Days: This Stitch Class in Brighton is a fantastic way to learn to sew. In a relaxed, friendly, and fun environment, you will spend three hours working on a new or existing project, learning valuable new sewing skills and creating something unique and beautiful! Whether you are a total novice or have some sewing experience, you will benefit from the expertise of the professional seamstresses who run these Brighton sewing classes. You'll be in a group with other creative and like-minded people, working on a project of your choice and having fun while you do it! If you have no sewing skills whatsoever and need help getting started, your sewing teacher will take you through the basics and give you all the help you need getting started. If you have a project that you are working on and are getting a little stuck on a tricky bit, the teacher will help you to get it done and move forward. It is totally up to you to decide what you want to make, previous students in the stitch class have made everything from underwear to quilts to maternity wear - and even a full Freddie Mercury costume! You can alter clothing you already have, or make something totally new.
