Then you'll get kitted up and into the water where you'll practice free-diving, and once you're comfortable doing this you'll get to grips with a speargun and do some target practice. After this the REAL fun can start; the hunting! With tuition from an expert team you'll be surprised at how quickly you pick things up and gain confidence, and you'll soon become hooked on this exciting activity. The feeling of sinking down into the ocean and being engulfed by swarms of fish is second to none, and you have a great chance of coming across some inquisitive seals and maybe even a basking shark too! At the end of the lesson you'll have a great foundation to take up the sport safely on your own.
