During this couples helicopter experience, youll be tutored by an experienced pilot, before taking a private flight in a Robinson R44 complete with (non-alcoholic) bubbly and chocolates! On arrival, youll head to the classroom for a thirty-minute briefing that will cover basic safety checks, procedures, and emergency drills. Protocol for the helicopters dual controls will also be explained, as will Visual Flight Rules. Next, a member of the ground handling team will escort you to the aircraft. After a quick photo opportunity, youll take your seats as the instructor handles take-off. Once at altitude, your instructor will choose an appropriate moment to hand one of you the controls, while the other sits back to enjoy the view.
