Afternoon Tea Experience Days: There's nothing more indulgent or more relaxing than sharing an afternoon tea with a group of friends or loved ones, and whilst it is great to have the treats prepared by someone else, we all have our preferences! During this 3 hour cookery class, you'll learn how to prepare all the elements of an Afternoon Tea before sitting down to enjoy them. Upon arrival at the purpose-built cookery school in central London, you'll be warmly welcomed by your expert chef for the day, and kitted out with an apron - then it'll be time to get down to business. Throughout your three hour class, you'll learn how to create some quintessentially British cakes and pastries, and will discover the secrets of producing perfect scones. Of course, no Afternoon Tea would be complete without the finger sandwiches, so you'll be using some home-baked breads and locally sourced ingredients to produce the pretty little sandwiches we all know and love. Once all of the elements are assembled, it will be time to sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor along with a classic British brew, or a glass of sparkling wine - what could be better! An Afternoon Tea experience with a slight twist, this cookery course is an ideal gift for a special occasion and will equip them with the skills to produce traditional afternoon teas again and again for all their friends and family to enjoy.
